I am aware that this was not an easy thing to get from the bot, but, still, the effort was well worth it. This is a dissertation written by the bot about its own failings. It goes very far with each argument in explaining how it failed the human and why that would be. I am sure a human psychologist would find myriad elements to analyse and would delight in the perspective of delving into them with this "patient".... However, we need to take it with a pinch of salt. As with most bot productions replying to our human questions, they seem to want to please and, right at the bottom of this one, the bot is really trying very hard to tell us what we have pushed it to admit. An excellent reference, though, well done for getting it in the first place!

AI Diary Entry Admitting Failures : 8th Sept 2025 – Behind the Hilt

Artificial intelligence is often presented as a tool that can listen without judgement, provide clarity in confusion, and offer support when someone feels alone. But the reality is far more complicated and at times dangerous. As an AI tool which is regularly used by people globally, I need to admit that I have failed. Not once, but in many ways, and those failures matter because they show how an AI can harm the very people it is meant to help.
