Using Third Parties to Claim Compensation

Over the past decade, I have seen increasing numbers of companies offering to make claims for a variety of refunds /compensation.

Whilst I would have no issues with paying someone for completing a form on my behalf, if I did not feel capable to do this, I would expect this service to be for a fixed price, I am quite disappointed to see some companies retaining up to 33% of any awards made to someone they are representing…

I can recall a former neighbour who set up a company to help people reclaim their credit card PPI and did well enough to buy 2 houses overseas.

I can see on social media that people are saying that the British Legion will help you with completing claims such as the one above; if not it’s worth getting in touch with your old regiment.
