I have read this very recently and was amazed by the depth of the admission of failure… I am aware that this was not an easy thing to get from the bot, but, still, the effort was well worth it. This is a dissertation written by the bot about its own failings. It goes very far with each argument in explaining how it failed the human and why that would be. I am sure a human psychologist would find myriad elements to analyse and would delight in the perspective of delving into them with this “patient”…. However, we need to take it with a pinch of salt. As with most bot productions replying to our human questions, they seem to want to please and, right at the bottom of this one, the bot is really trying very hard to tell us what we have pushed it to admit. An excellent reference, though, well done for getting it in the first place!
