Ho, ho, ho, folks, you made it through the weekend, and it’s Monday, Monday, Monday. How exciting. With 304 days till Christmas, the countdown keeps rolling, and so do the big ideas.
“Few things can help an individual more than to place responsibility on them and let them know that you trust them.” Powerful words, and a powerful reminder. When you build your team, your ideas, your inventory, your foundation, you also pass on responsibility so that growth can happen. Trust builds strength. Strength builds momentum.
As always, if you run into a veteran, say thank you for your service and sacrifice. If you see a senior, ask how they’re doing, open a door, carry a bag, and share a smile. Those little things matter more than we realize.
Santa is working on some big projects, not just at the North Pole, but across the USA and even the UK. Exciting collaborations, creative fundraising ideas, storytelling initiatives, and opportunities to help nonprofits move forward in meaningful ways.
