I’m Tom, and I’m thrilled to join this group. I have a passion for supporting veterans and first responders, particularly in mental health and wellness. As the Co-Director of Operations for Save A Warrior UK, I oversee the delivery of our transformative 3-day programme, which is dedicated to suicide prevention and supporting individuals dealing with PTSD and trauma.

In my role, I head-up an incredible team of volunteers and Alumni to create impactful initiatives like the #1MillionMilesProject and the Community of Compassion, aiming to raise awareness and funds for our cause. I’m always eager to connect with like-minded individuals and organisations to explore opportunities for collaboration and community engagement.

Outside of work, I enjoy participating in outdoor challenges and engaging in conversations about mental health and courage. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone here and sharing ideas and experiences that can make a positive difference.
