Introducing Tiffany Ko. 2020 Hong Kong powerlifting champion U63kg, current British and world champion powerlifer U67.5kg BPU/WPC (British powerlifting union/World powerlifting championships). Tiffany is 39 and has been training to be competition ready with the BPU since late 2022. Next up is the European championships in Finland- 10/06/24. Tiffany will be faced with her toughest competition in this next phase, as she looks to secure the tripple crown.

I am so proud of what she has achieved already and her determination to be crowned European champion goes unwavered. Taking on a diet and training plan set by her coach, as well as raising 2 beautiful children. Tiffany is an inspiring character.
