I was on the other side of the circuit, jumping up and down as I do; Nicki promised donuts and he delivered, pretty much right in front of us! As the plume of smoke began to rise around the car, a friend turned round and said what’s going on? I replied: “That’s just Nicki …”
And that is Nicki, someone who has had me in fits of giggles over the years, a family man, perhaps one of the fastest drivers I have ever watched, but above all with a really good sense of humour.
Go get the pizza, let the pig Porsche pass and don’t pee in the seat Marco!
