For those of you running a business, do you ever need feedback from others to help?
Those of us who have a small business know how difficult it is at times when you’re having to be the pilot, engineer and flight navigator all at once. You haven’t got the time to change hats, let alone uniforms….
Even if you have staff, they may not have the skills you need to, for example, ponder if you need to purchase kit A or kit B from SnapOn Tools. Or you may just not want them to know that you have no idea about how to upload a video onto your Instagram account… !
We can get around not having a back up butty or brew maker, but when you need a second opinion, there is no one there you can bounce ideas off. This is particularly important when you’re making decisions such as which software to use for your social media multiple postings for example. It’s really helpful if you have someone to either help you knock options off your list or put a star against others.
Here, we have a small team of business owners who each have over 20 years’ experience in a variety of sectors from aerospace to hospitality. If we can’t help, then more than likely we know someone who can or at least can sign post you to a reputable source.
Your time is valuable and mistakes can be costly. If you have a query, you can post it and one of us will get back to you the same day.
Conversely, you make like to come on the site to see if you help to answer a query that someone has posted. It really doesn’t take up much time, but knowing you’ve helped someone is a nice feeling.
