I have been supporting and contributing to the XFE network for several years now; from attending group meetings to the regular online network zoom sessions, it has been a pleasure to meet and wherever possible such a variety of veterans wishing to start and grow their own business. Each year the organisation organises awards which celebrate the achievements of its members under various categories. While a panel judges most of the categories, there are two which are open to the public to vote on as follows:
