All group owners on Behind the Hilt are required to uphold the platform’s commitment to online safety in accordance with the UK Online Safety Act. By creating or managing a group, owners agree to the following:

• Group owners must take reasonable steps to know who their users are. This includes remaining aware of participant behaviour, engaging with concerns raised by members, and taking appropriate action to address breaches of community guidelines.
• Group owners are expected to actively maintain a safe environment, free from illegal content, abusive behaviour, or harmful material. They must use the available moderation tools and reporting systems to ensure compliance with both platform rules and the UK Online Safety Act.
• Failure to fulfil these responsibilities may result in the suspension or removal of group management privileges, or other enforcement actions, at the discretion of the platform’s safety team.

We expect all group owners to lead by example and support a culture of transparency, accountability, and digital responsibility.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted. You use the Services at your own risk.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
