The Benefits of Taking MSM supplements

I mentioned the benefits I have found from taking Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) during a meeting with a friend yesterday, a supplement I find that not many people have heard of, but do find useful, in particular for arthritic /joint ache or pain.
